Cayman Autos to the Rescue again . Due to a malfunction on my roof , I had a cracked glass roof . First call was Cayman Auto . They put me at ease , advised me on sourcing a second glass roof , found one , they fitted it , fixed the problem and I’m now back enjoying the SLK . Thanks Cayman

Having had problems with my Peugeot 308cc roof system which local Peugeot dealers were unsure as to what the problem was, other than offer costly suggestions without any guarantee of a solution.I couldn't find anyone in the Teesside area able to offer a repair.Searched the Internet and came across Caymen Auto Services. Having read their Web pages, and excellent customer reviews, I decided a trip to Redhill from Teesside was worth a shot, and after discussions with them, booked my car in.From reception through diagnostics, report, and necessary repair.The whole experience was seamless.The Caymen team are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and extremely professional, and I was particularly glad of Jenny's early guidance and reassurance in the early stage.I know this is a somewhat lengthy review. However, given my overall experience, I couldn't have chosen a better team.So it's a huge thank-you to all of you.

Great experience from start to finish. Clear and transparent pricing, rapid communication by email and a perfect job on the roof of my 2008 A4. Would give 6 stars if possible!

Fantastic service from start to finish.Maria was excellent, she booked my vehicle in and even followed up the day before to confirm everything. On arrival, I was welcomed warmly with tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch.I brought in my T99 BMW M3 Evo convertible because the roof wasn’t opening fully. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as worn and stretched tension straps. Although this wasn’t something they handle themselves, they recommended a couple of trusted companies that could help.It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with such an honest and trustworthy business. Keith clearly explained the outcome, and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge for the diagnostic report, something they easily could have done. That gesture alone speaks volumes about their integrity.Highly recommended. Thank you, Maria and Keith, keep up the great work.

The service I have received has been excellent, Adam was great, I arrived early at 7:45 having driven for 2.5hrs with the roof stuck open in the rain, he was there, we got the car under cover and I also got a lovely cup of tea which was very welcome. Bill then dropped and picked me up from the station, again very professional.Leah was also great, from my initial enquiry to the diagnostic and subsequent resolution of my problem.All in all an excellent experience

Cayman Autos were completely professional and friendly throughout, from reviewing my photos of my convertible roof problems to completing the repair. They also kindly gave us a lift to and from Reigate so that we could spend the day there while the work was underway.

My Ford Focus Coupe Convertible was showing a intermittent fault warning so I booked in to Cayman. Thanks to a number of hazards driving from Oxfordshire, including a fallen tree, the journey was not the most pleasant but the reception at Cayman was welcoming and well informed. I was even taken to and picked up from the station for a trip to Brighton. While nothing was found on the diagnostic, I took advantage of the offer of a roof service and everything has been fine since. Thanks to everyone at Cayman - highly recommended.

Absolutely superb service. Had a fault with my roof and was able to take it down with zero notice, have it diagnosed within a few hours and repaired. What made it even better was the fact that on stripping the roof pump down, they realised they only needed to replace relays, not the entire pump and so charged me alot less!A genuine trustworthy garage that will always have my service for all things related to my cars roof!Thank you

This garage is fantastic..!! I have spent many months trying to get my Vauxhall Tigra boot opening mechanism restored with no luck from main dealers. Cayman are a specialist convertible roof service and immediately diagnosed the problem. I can highly recommend them for their professional expertise and their very courteous receptionists plus a most reasonable cost!!

Popped in for a ‘quick look’ at a roof issue on my Boxster with no appointment, left an hour later with it fixed!Lovely staff, very friendly and took the time to understand my issue and then explain the fix.Thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent as normal. I only have a ford but I love it. There were Bentley's, Ferrari, Audi etc. But I felt like it didn't matter. Thank you

Great service from initial contact to complete an repair. If you read this that's mean you find right place to repair or service your roof! Great contsct with Leah and all team! Better than Mercedes-benz main dealers! Highly recommend!

Customer service is a big thing for me. Leah, Jenny and the technicians at Cayman Autos excelled in this area. I recently visited Cayman Autos to have an issue with my convertible roof looked at. I travelled quite a distance to get there, so I was really hoping for a swift and effective solution – and that’s exactly what I got.The team diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the repair on the same day, which meant I wasn’t left waiting around and was able to drive my car home by the afternoon with the roof working perfectly. Bravo to Jenny and the team for an exceptional job in fixing all the leaks on my Peugeot 308cc. Their customer service is impeccable. Jenny constantly kept in touch updating me on every progress required to fix the car. Cayman Autos is the best company to take your car to and I'll be looking forward to taking my car for a service in October.
