Problem with my BMW series 4 roof only after one week of ownership! Error code telling my roof is not locked, with constant warning beep! Due to go Cornwall the next day, so Cayman slotted me in for an early appointment the day before at short notice. All error codes cleared, and so far so good fingers crossed.

Main dealers these days mainly only do services. With specific problems they often can't solve them. Cayman Auto only work on roof repairs and know their job inside out!!! Diagnosed and ready to repair within an hour!!! Fantastic!!! Thank you.

Visited after issues with my A5 roof and being told by a local company to simply get a new roof I found these guys. Within a few hours they diagnosed the fault and had a plan in place to fix it for a 3rd of the price! Within 2 days my roof was working and the rear window was rebonded which I was told couldn't be done by the local guy. Thanks Cayman Autos! I will be spreading the word and I know where to come in the future :)

Succeeded in fixing my roof where others failed. The reception is a bit unnerving. You can only talk to them via intercom and leave your keys in a cardboard box because of the Covid. Nonetheless they are absolute experts. The technician explained everything about my repair on collection. I would definitely recommend Cayman Auto.

What a really nice bunch of people. Diagnosed the problem with the roof on our BMW 4 series convertible and explained remedy including price. They carried out the work as agreed no extra costs. These are difficult times at the moment and this company could not have done more to make you feel safe and confident in their service. I will recommend them without fail.

My wife's Series 3M Sport convertible Retractable Hard Top failed in 'open position'. Contacted Cayman Autos and they booked us in for 8.30am the following day. Perfect friendly greeting and left the car for 1 hour for diagnostics.
Returned and advised it needed two relays and if I wait, would be 30 mins.
Car was completed in time and works perfectly. Many thanks to Cayman Auto's for solving our problem - top notch business!!!!

So you get home to find the roof on the Alfa wont work, panic, make contact with Cayman, and no worries. These guys just don't take no for an answer, thank you very much for the repair super fast turnaround, any roof problems just call Cayman SUPERB.

Three technicians and eight months later my BMW E46 roof with still not working. But thanks to Cayman, it got FIXED within six hours. A useful specialist KAROL was extremely helpful and showed me which parts were faulty and did not mind me asking several questions or showing me the specific location of parts. An elite standard of work at a top price you are willing to pay. CAYMAN highly recommended and extremely efficient, their 100% diagnosis cannot be found anywhere else in the Country.

My VW Eos had been written off as a category N because of damage to the roof mechanism alone.
I bought the car back from the insurance company because I had found Cayman Auto Services on Google.
They guaranteed to close the roof, give me a quote for a fully working repair and carry out the repair within one day.
I decided it was worth the 200 mile trip and they kept all of their promises.
My car is now has a fully operational roof and sunroof which is better than ever.
I was treated with great kindness and respect by this lovely company. Total professionalism and efficiency.
My car was with them for just five and a half hours.

Cayman Autos to the Rescue again . Due to a malfunction on my roof , I had a cracked glass roof . First call was Cayman Auto . They put me at ease , advised me on sourcing a second glass roof , found one , they fitted it , fixed the problem and I’m now back enjoying the SLK . Thanks Cayman

Having had problems with my Peugeot 308cc roof system which local Peugeot dealers were unsure as to what the problem was, other than offer costly suggestions without any guarantee of a solution.I couldn't find anyone in the Teesside area able to offer a repair.Searched the Internet and came across Caymen Auto Services. Having read their Web pages, and excellent customer reviews, I decided a trip to Redhill from Teesside was worth a shot, and after discussions with them, booked my car in.From reception through diagnostics, report, and necessary repair.The whole experience was seamless.The Caymen team are very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and extremely professional, and I was particularly glad of Jenny's early guidance and reassurance in the early stage.I know this is a somewhat lengthy review. However, given my overall experience, I couldn't have chosen a better team.So it's a huge thank-you to all of you.

Fantastic service from start to finish.Maria was excellent, she booked my vehicle in and even followed up the day before to confirm everything. On arrival, I was welcomed warmly with tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch.I brought in my T99 BMW M3 Evo convertible because the roof wasn’t opening fully. The team quickly diagnosed the issue as worn and stretched tension straps. Although this wasn’t something they handle themselves, they recommended a couple of trusted companies that could help.It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with such an honest and trustworthy business. Keith clearly explained the outcome, and to my surprise, they didn’t even charge for the diagnostic report, something they easily could have done. That gesture alone speaks volumes about their integrity.Highly recommended. Thank you, Maria and Keith, keep up the great work.

The service I have received has been excellent, Adam was great, I arrived early at 7:45 having driven for 2.5hrs with the roof stuck open in the rain, he was there, we got the car under cover and I also got a lovely cup of tea which was very welcome. Bill then dropped and picked me up from the station, again very professional.Leah was also great, from my initial enquiry to the diagnostic and subsequent resolution of my problem.All in all an excellent experience

My Ford Focus Coupe Convertible was showing a intermittent fault warning so I booked in to Cayman. Thanks to a number of hazards driving from Oxfordshire, including a fallen tree, the journey was not the most pleasant but the reception at Cayman was welcoming and well informed. I was even taken to and picked up from the station for a trip to Brighton. While nothing was found on the diagnostic, I took advantage of the offer of a roof service and everything has been fine since. Thanks to everyone at Cayman - highly recommended.

Absolutely superb service. Had a fault with my roof and was able to take it down with zero notice, have it diagnosed within a few hours and repaired. What made it even better was the fact that on stripping the roof pump down, they realised they only needed to replace relays, not the entire pump and so charged me alot less!A genuine trustworthy garage that will always have my service for all things related to my cars roof!Thank you

This garage is fantastic..!! I have spent many months trying to get my Vauxhall Tigra boot opening mechanism restored with no luck from main dealers. Cayman are a specialist convertible roof service and immediately diagnosed the problem. I can highly recommend them for their professional expertise and their very courteous receptionists plus a most reasonable cost!!

Customer service is a big thing for me. Leah, Jenny and the technicians at Cayman Autos excelled in this area. I recently visited Cayman Autos to have an issue with my convertible roof looked at. Bravo to Jenny and the team for an exceptional job in fixing all the leaks on my Peugeot 308cc. Their customer service is impeccable.
